By using Photo Booth, you agree to the following terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The service
Photo Booth is provided free of charge, as-is, for personal and event use. It runs entirely in your web browser — no account, signup, or app install is required.
Your photos, your ownership
You retain full ownership of every photo you take or upload and every strip you create. As explained in our Privacy Policy, we never receive or store this content — it's processed on your device and downloaded directly by you.
Acceptable use
Don't use Photo Booth to create, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or is intended to harass or harm others. Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service in ways that could affect its availability for other users.
Custom assets uploaded by page owners
If you customize a booth page through our editor (frame colors, textures, stickers, postcard stamps, etc.), you confirm you have the right to use any images you upload and that they don't infringe on anyone else's rights.
No warranty
Photo Booth is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including loss of photos that were never uploaded to us in the first place and exist only on your own device.
Changes
We may update these terms or the service itself from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
